Accommodations

  • Group rates will be honored for your attendees three (3) days before group arrival and three (3) days after group departure based on availability - $117/night single or double rate. Please contact the hotel by Saturday, July 18, 2009 and identify themselves as part of the Group to obtain the group rate.
  • Guest accommodations will be available at 3:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 12:00 noon on departure day.
  • Bags may be stored prior to check-in or after check-out for a charge of $2.00per bag.

Parking

  • Valet parking is $8.00 per vehicle per night, based upon availability and cannot be guaranteed. The hotel's onsite parking garage cannot accommodate vehicles over 6'2”. Alternate parking is available in the area.
