Make a Donation to HEA

For many people the support and education of the HEA has been a profoundly life-altering and positive experience through which they have discovered for the first time their ability to access a full and active life of love and fulfillment.

HEA needs your support to continue its work. You CAN make a difference in the lives of youth, adults, parents, spouses and partners whose lives are impacted by hypospadias and epispadias. 

Since the United States Internal Revenue Service has designated HEA as a 503(c)(3) non-profit organization, your donation qualifies as a charitable contribution for US Income Tax purposes.

Does your employer have a contribution matching program?  If so, please send us the necessary paperwork from your employer so HEA may become eligible for matching!

How to Donate

To donate online, please fill out one of the following Donation Forms.

  • If you want to use PayPal, the secure online payment service, go to the Donate Using PayPal Form.
  • If you want to pay by check, go to the Donate by Check Form. Your information will be submitted to HEA online, and you will then need to send a check to the HEA Treasurer (address below).
  • If you want to make repeated donations (installment payments) through PayPal, go to the Donate Using PayPal Subscriptions Form. This form is still under development.

fill it out, and send it with your check (payable to HEA) to:
